intro
Marie Hazelwood photographs singer-songwriter and Last Shadow Puppets co-front man Miles Kane at an in-store gig at the Fred Perry shop in Manchester.
As part of a European tour to promote his third solo album ‘Coup de Grace’ which came out in August, singer-songwriter and Last Shadow Puppets co-front man Miles Kane played several short acoustic sets in a series of Fred Perry shops where he has his own clothes collection. On the 23rd November he played a twenty minute set at the Fred Perry store in Manchester and afterwards took part in a signing for fans, before going to play two full electric sets with his band in the main hall of the Manchester Academy both that night and the next evening. These photographs of that Fred Perry in-store show were taken by our Manchester-based photographer Marie Hazelwood exclusively for Pennyblackmusic.
