Andrew Twambley photographs Northern Irish alternative rock trio Ash on a recent tour at the Ritz in Manchester.
Northern Irish alternative rock trio Ash have now released seven studio albums as well as their mini album debut album 'Trailer' (1994) and over fifty singles. The group, which also featured for eleven years Charlotte Hatherley as a guitarist and vocalist betwwen 1997 and 2008, has maintained its original line-up of vocalist and guitarist Tim Wheeler, bassist Mark Hamilton and drummer Rick McMurray since it first formed in 1992. Andrew Twambley took these photographs of Ash exclusively for Pennyblackmusic to promote their recent album 'Islands' at the Manchester Ritz on the 23rd October.
