Graham Gouldman first became known as songwriter in the mid-1960s, writing songs such as 'For Your Love", "Heart Full of Soul' and 'Evil Hearted You' for the Yardbirds, 'Bus Stop' for the Hollies, "Listen People", 'No Milk Today' and 'East West' for Herman's Hermits, and 'Pamela, Pamela' and 'The Impossible Years' for Wayne Fontana,. He is best known, however, for his work with the 70's band 10cc, of which he remains the only original member, and who had number one hits with 'I'm Not in Love' (1975) and 'Dreadlock Holiday' (1978) as well as a string of Top Ten albums. These photographs were taken with his acoustic Heart Full of Songs four-piece at a the Royal Northern College of Music in his native Manchester by Andrew Twambley on October 9th.
