Marie Hazelwood photographs the Arctic Monkeys at the Echo Arena in Liverpool
The Arctic Monkeys' need little introduction. The Sheffield-based group are Britain's leading indie group, and have now recorded five bestselling albums including this year's number one album, the Mercury Prize-nominated 'AM', which came out in September. The Arctic Monkeys are currently on an ninety five date world tour to promote 'AM', which will conclude next summer at the T in the Park festival. These photographs of front man Alex Turner were taken on the tour by Marie Hazelwwood exclusively for Pennyblackmusic at the Echo Arena in Liverpool on the 28th October.
