Suprisingly poppy 12 inch vinyl only single from London-based rapper, Blak Twang
Old time vibes merge with brisk new heavy basslines, while techno and elektro rhyme in the lyrics with Tesco and whatever. 'Rebel Emcee' acts like the Rebel PM. With its message understood and beats felt deeply, the Darkstar remix turns the track into a bass music whirlwind. Almost fit for daytime radio, quite a lot of pop went into this little belter.
