Angry, but often contemplative metal venom on effective latest album from Montréal-based band, Augury

Big Bang Montréal-based noiseteers Augury's latest album, 'Fragmentary Evidence', is a record full of anger and metal venom. Augury kicks off with a couple of loud screamo tracks, but mellow out during the course of the remainder of this balanced blast album. They switch to moments of melodic contemplation before their thunderous metal music rolls back in, a trick that Augury handles very well throughout this entire album. The hammering on 'Fragmentary Evidence' portrays Augury's stamina in full mode. Gutsy grunts as vocals, sneering chords and blistering rhythms lead to the belief that Augury is set to conquer.
