The Mission have returned with what you can only call a classic which will easily delight anyone who ever liked the band, Goth or not. As usual, it is dark flavoured, but Mish music is for all you vampires out there and this has enough jangle, hooks and great stories on it to drag you in, from the opening bars of 'Evangeline' to its closer, a secret track which has frontman Wayne Hussey asking you if ? will he ever love again? backed by a solo piano . Not just the usual mid 80"s style affair, this shows a band who have moved with the times and is a thousand times better than their1986 debut ' God's Own Medicine'. Each song is a great song, well thought out with melodic lyrics and with the bonus of no fillers. You can't really say that about many album now, can you ? If this album doesnt have you dancing around your funeral pyre with your hands in the air then your not really with us, are you ? A classy album from a great band
