intro
Andrew Twambley photographs rising metal act Black Peaks at a gig in support of Enter Shikari at the Academy in Manchester.
Black Peaks are a rising new force on the metal scene. The Brighton band, which consists of Will Gardner (vocals), Joe Gosney (guitars, vocals), Dave Larkin (bass guitar) and Liam Kearley (drums), released ther second album, 'All That Divides', in October, which, while acknowledging the bleakness of the current political climate, looks from a point of view of hope for the future. The group spent February and March on tour, both playing their own headline shows and also other dates in support of Enter Shikari. These photographs of Black Peaks were taken by Andrew Twambley at one of the dates in support of Enter Shikari on February 3rd at the Academy in Manchester and capture their fiery live stage presence.
