intro
Experimental second single from ex Blur singer Damon Albarn's new supergroup the Good, the Bad and the Ugly which includes paul Simonon from the Clash and Simon Tong from the Verve
Damon Albarn's fourth band start off this number sounding like a very quiet but moody Blur before before becoming more experimental. Former Clash member Paul Simonon provides some very upfront bass, while the guitar from ex-Verve guitarist Simon Tong slivers in and out of the grooves played. As it progresses it becomes even weirder still, sounding like a combination of the Beatles' 'Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band' and 'The White Album'. As well as members of the Clash, and the Verve, the Good, the Bad and the Queen also features added percussion from Danger Mouse.
