Maniacally rushing through new wave pop with plenty of edge, Martha's Vineyard Ferries pick up the thread left by Guided By Voices, or in previous decades, Let's Active. A wealth of grunge can be heard on 'Blonde On Blood'; with roll-on and roll-off rhythms as if Marc Riley still was a member of The Fall. On 'One White Swan' Martha's Vineyard Ferries at long last get set to show off a bit of twang resilience.
