intro
Promising, but not totally inspiring second single from Bristol-based angular guitar pop act, the Chemists,
Following on the heels of 'Something For The Weekend', the Chemists new single, “Radio Booth” continues in their angular guitar pop fashion. Like a heady mix of Maximo Park, the Editors and Feeder (who they recently supported), the single showcases a band with promise, but possibly not enough originality to really shine above the marsh of similar indie acts. Hopefully, if the Chemists can further develop their art they may rise to the status of the aforementioned bands, but it would take a major shift through the gears to eclipse any of them, which is as much a result of timing rather than craft.
Track Listing:-
1 Radio Booth (Edit)2 Radio Booth (Haunts Remix)
3 This City (Losers Remix)
