intro
Dark rock 'n' roll on stunning vinyl only new single from the Kills, which preceeds their third album which is due out in March
This limited one sided 7 inch vinyl only single is a sampler for the Kills’ third album which is due out in March and is called ‘Midnight Boom’. It starts with the dialing of a number and the ringing of a telephone before it develops a sleazy Black Box Recorder-style rhythm. This is very dark rock 'n 'roll with the vocals sung between the two piece of Jamie Hince and the very sexy Alison Mosshart, who are backed by a meaty-sounding guitar and a moody, solo drum machine. This is genius material. I can't wait for the album, now.
