intro
Exciting mixture of 50’s and 60’s rock ‘n’roll and punk on new 7" from all girl outfit the Priscillas
All my Friends are Zombies’, the new 7” single by the Priscillas , is an exciting mixture of 50’s and 60’s rock ‘n’roll and punk . The Priscillas are a four-piece girl band whose influence lean towards bands like the B52’s , the Rezillos and the Donnas, but whom have a slightly more thrashy edge. ‘All My Friends are Zombies’ is a great up-tempo track, but I prefer its B side ‘Should Be Me’ because it has a maturity that the first track lacks. The lyrics on ‘All My Friends are Zombies’, as it title suggests, are perhaps supposed to be funny, but come across more as childish. ‘Should Be Me’ is also less complicated musically, and in this case less is definitely more. All in all though, this is a really great single from the Priscillas !!
