Our Website of the Month is the website for Blitzkrieg https://www.blitzkriegshop.co.uk/, the new Glasgow-based music shop of former Pennyblackmusic writer Tony Gaughan. Tony, who wrote for Pennyblackmusic between 2010 and 2017, is a prolific figure on the Scottish music scene. He has played in various bands including currently Ramones tribute the Ramoaners, managed several other groups and has also promoted countless gigs. Tony also runs the durable Neon Tetra label (Goodbye Mr Mackenzie, the Filthy Tongues, A Band Called Quinn, Daniel Wylie and Matinee). Blitzkrieg is based in the Savoy Centre at 140 Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow. It is a hub for buying and renting vintage musical equipment, selling fine art and vintage posters and large format printing for artists/tattooist's and photographers. It also sells new and secondhand music, books, art and merchandise.
