Katie Anderson photographs rising Watford-based punk/hardcore band Gallows exclusively for Pennyblackmusic and for our 'Photoscapes' series at the Wedgewood Rooms in Portsmouth

Gallows are an English punk/hardcore band from Watford, which is centered around singer Frank Carter and also features guitarist Laurent Barnard and Steph Carter , bassist Stuart Gili-Ross and drunmmer Lee Barratt. Their debut album, 'Orchestra of Wolves' came out on In At The Deep End last year, and was re-released in June with extra tracks. Gallows have a reputation as being a hard-working live act. They played the Download Festival at Donington in June and will also be playing the Reading Festival in August. These photographs were taken by Katie Anderson exclusively for Pennyblackmusic on Gallows' second UK tour of the year at the Wedgewood Rooms in Portsmouth on June 19th.
