intro
Appealingly gentle folk electronica on second single from second album from the under-rated Adem
Culled off Adem's second album 'Love and Other Planets' as the second single, 'Launch Yourself' is a remix treat. The seven inch single includes a Hot Chip mix coupled with the original and another seven inch comprising of Fourtet and Thomas Eriksen mixes. Also available as a CD of course, Adem's little space explorations are destined to fall behind of the success enjoyed by other artistes on the Domino Records roster. Exquisite as it may be, 'Launch Yourself' is the anathema to a year 2006 chart entry. To most, its soft and gentle touch of electronica and melody melting into one will mean little. Shame !
