Fantastic electro pop on second single from Caan, which seems destined for chart success
Caan was formerly in the UK garage movement. Now this is only his second single, but from here in on his success is guaranteed. ‘Into the Night’ could have been delivered at any time in the 1980s. Caan meanwhile has the sort of film star looks guaranteed to gain him an audience. Lovely, brooding lyrics flow like melted hot chocolate over beautifully played synths that have a steady beat. A decent tune to be listened to at any given time of the day, ‘Into the Night’ is elegant, charming and most of all a hit.
