intro
Increasingly impressive first single from their forthcoming third album from country infuscd Australian neo-goths, Howling Bells.
The country-infused Australian neo-goths led by the delectable Juanita Stein return with their third album on their third record label imminent. Produced Killers bassman Mark Stoermer, the track has inflections of the Las Vegas crew in the high riding bassline and low key synth part. More ostensibly ‘rock’ than the ‘Bells last LP, reports indicate they have back peddled on the electro influences of last LP, 'Radio Wars'. Not one of their most immediate tracks, Stein’s arcing vocals pull you in the song growing in stature with each listen.

Radio Wars (2009) |
Mainstream. long overdue second album from Australian band Howling Bells, which moves away from the some of the darkness that msde them so original and compelling |
