Old school punk on latest single from London-based band, Art Brut

‘DC Comics and Chocolate Milkshake’, the latest single from Art Brut, who come from the New Cross area of London, is very punky in sound, but nevertheless remains rooted in a real working class world. With its old school sound, it is a pleasant look back to your old self. ‘Weird Science’, its B side, is a drinking song, and captures that moment when the booze kicks right in, and the world has that initial alcoholic glaze to it.
