We have tickets to give away for the New York Dolls' forthcoming UK tour in December. To hopefully win them, answer three questions
Following the release of their critically acclaimed fourth album, their TV appearance on 'Later with Jools Holland', and a rapturously reviewed London 100 Club show which sold out in 4 minutes, reformed 70s glam rock/punk band the New York Dolls-the recent subject of a Pennyblackmusic interview- have announced that they will be returning to the UK for six more dates in December. The dates are: The Junction, Cambridge Wednesday 2nd December 2009 Anson Rooms, Bristol University Thursday 3rd December 2009 HMV London Forum Friday 4th December 2009 The Assembly, Leamington Spa Tuesday 8th December 2009 Liverpool O2 Academy Wednesday 9th December 2009 HMV Edinburgh Picture House Thursday 10th December 2009 We have, courtesy of the kind people at Noble PR, two tickets to give away to a show of the winner’s choice. To stand a chance of winning the competition, please answer the following three questions below correctly and e-mail them to JohnClarkson@pennyblackmusic.co.uk no later than Friday 6th November. The winner will be picked by computer draw. 1. Name the two surviving members of the New York Dolls. 2. What is the New York Dolls’ fourth and latest album called? 3.
