Marie Hazelwood photographs bestelling Scottish rockers the View at a show at the O2 Academy in Liverpool
The View are a bestselling Scottish rock group, whose music incorporates a variety of styles including punk, pop, alternative rock and folk. The group, which was formed by its members while they were still at school in Dundee, consists of Kyle Falconer (vocals, rhythm guitar, piano and harmonica), Pete Reilly (lead guitar), Kieran Webster (bass and backing vocals), Steven Morrison (drums) and touring member only Darren Rennie (keyboards). The have to date released four albums, the platinum-selling ‘Hats Off to the Buskers’ (2007), ‘Which Bitch?’ (2009), ‘Bread and Circuses’ (2009) and ‘Cheeky For A Reason’ (2012). These photographs of The View were taken by Marie Hazelwood at a show at the O2 Academy in Liverpool on the 6th December.
