Decent vinyl only debut single from Monnone Alone, the new project of former Lucksmiths bassist Mark Monnone

Mark Monnone, the former bass player with the Lucksmiths, releases his debut solo 7 inch under the name of Monnone Alone via the Lost and Lonesome Recording Co., which is distributed via Vollwert Records of Germany. Recorded as a three piece, ‘Pink Earrings’, is a solid piece of twee pop that has you bopping away to it for the few minutes that it spins nicely along. ‘When We Hit the Ground’ is chunkier, and has a fuller band sound.
