Excellent, but youth-oriented collection of dance mixes from acclaimed DJ duo Richie Santana and Peter Bailey

The music follows a set pattern through each piece and is made for best DJ use as you can easily chop, cut, mix, scratch and meddle all the tracks together easily. These recordings are the first layers of something bigger and easily lend themselves to multi layered mixing using cdj’s and computer mixing. Dj’s Richie Santana and Peter Bailey are the brains behind this release on the legendary Nervous records label. Their talents and these recordings have been gracing the dance floors of Pacha NYC and various Ibiza nights. These are big hypnotic dance tunes and are not made for the home listener unless he is a DJ as they are too driving and relentless ,this makes perfect dance music and I am in no way at all dressing this music down as it is good and ready to drive a discerning dance floor from the first beat. I must admit though that I feel old when I listen to this because I don’t think my old bones could go up against these tunes – they would simply tear me apart,leaving me a shaking hallucinating wreck. Great stuff for anyone who is serious about serious dance music.
