Matt Williams photographs Hampshire group of teenagers, Arthur, both at one of their live gigs and also on a photographic shoot

Arthur are a young group from Hampshire consisting of Hannah (vocals and guitar, age 17), Tom (guitar, age 18), Kelly (keyboards, age 17), Steve (bass, age 19) and Josh (drums, age 17). They have been together for a little over two years and have been winning much acclaim for both their energetic regular live shows and music which one enthusiastic critic for 'The Fleet Courier' has described as balancing "the pop hooks and rock riffs of the Cure with driving electro-drums and the most stunning female vocal heard this side of the millennium." Barney Jeavons, the director for the West End Centre in Aldershot, one of the several local venues that have put them on, has said that "Arthur show extremely mature and proficient songwriting beyond their years. Their power is incredible, really something quite promising." They have self-released a debut single, 'Floating on Clouds' last year and have several tracks available on Tribe Tune.
