intro
Too cool for its own good latest single from chic London rockers the White Rose Movement
The White Rose Movement are very cool, too cool for their own good. All the way from the realm of the Myspace.com music pages, they have impeccable credentials and more importantly, impeccable haircuts. ‘Girls in the Back’ is a metrosexual’s dream come true. Hip grinding rhythms accompany a set of ice cool lyrics pouted out by sharp suited singer Finn Vine, who is in turn guided jerkily by the single most 1980's keyboard this side of the Human League. In fact Vine’s intro to this song couldn’t be any more Phil Oakey. Another chic London night out band falls out of the factory line and into the limelight, for a brief spell of notoriety before being dropped into receptionist jobs. For Nathan Barley types, that's London, baby.
