Fiery, but ultimately rather predictable punk rock from latest Fierce Panda signing, Agent Blue

Agent Blue are one of the Fierce Panda label's latest discoveries. They are very much faithful to the label’s provocative music style in that they are sharp, fast and take no time messing about. On their new single ‘Sex Drugs And Rocks Through Your Window’ they get straight down to basics. Fiery music lights up right at the beginning of the song, and the chorus of "Sex, Drugs and Rocks Through Your Window' is repeated over and over. The tune of the song perhaps doesn’t have that much imagination, but delivered at such a very fast speed easily attracts your full attention. The down side of the single is that the song is a solitary piece of music on it, which leaves you to repeat it over and over. By the time of the second listen it is already too predictable and any spontaneity at the band’s potential is ripped away.
