intro
"Awesome", and "laid back" debut for Central Falls which features Adam Vida, who, as well as being this new Chicago group's singer and songwriter, also ironically plays drums with hard rock outfit US Maple
Great release from this US Maple related band. As anyone will tell you US Maple are no walk in the park, which is ironic as this CD would be the perfect accompaniment to that very activity. This has got too rank as one of the most laid back albums of all time. Picture if you will ''Meddle' era Floyd having a lazy Actifed induced affair with '"Holland' era Beach Boys whilst Beck looks on with a copy of his own 'One Foot in the Grave'" playing in the next room. This record is awesome!! The mood is set on the opener "Latitude' and stays there, withyawning slide guitars complimented by great vocals and killer songs. Only on"Leave Into' do you get any trace of US Maple in the shape of a trademark guitar "break". If you have trouble sleeping put this CD on and I promise you will drift off in no time. Tthis must be fantastic too listen to after some cough mixture. In fact, I'm just going too buy some. Night, night !
