Circulatory System is the solo project of the Olivia Tremor Control's William Hart, and like OTC, this is music for musos only. Do not attempt otherwise. It will feel like your first bad trip on acid. William and OTC hail from Athens, Georgia, REM's home town. The 'Circulatory System' album cover resembles OTC'S 'Dust at Cubist Castle' from 96.and, likewise has countless songs on it too, so what does it sound like then? Well, there is definitely a hippy vibe going on there, mid period 'Rubber Soul' Beatles, early Pink Floyd Barrattisms, Brian Wilson at his most prolific,a psychedelic Luke Haines, and an absolute masterpiece of psyche. Recommended !
