Andrew Twambley takes photographs of Penetration vocalist Pauline Murray with her side project The Invisible Girls at the Academy 2 in Manchester.
As well as reviving her 70's punk band, the seminal Penetration after a 35 year absence for a third album 'Resolution' , Pauline Murray in what has been a prolific few years also released a solo album 'Elemental' last year and went out on tour with her 80's project Pauline Murray and The Invisible Girls for some dates in support of The Psychedelic Furs in April. This six-piece present line-up of The Invisible Girls is very much family-oriented, featuring husband Robert Blamire,who is also in Penetration on bass, their son Alex on keyboards while daughter Grace provided harmonies. These photographs of Pauline Murray and The Invisible Girls were taken on the 10th April on the tour with The Psychedelic Furs at the Academy 2 in Manchester.
