Slow down relax life's not a disco
Sit down take a break chill with the cat
Stand up move about or you'll get fat
CarpeDiem seize the day
Oh be careful things might not go your way
Chase the rainbow find the prize
Dont look at the light it's bad for your eyes
Have some fun play the game
Don't do that you'll get a bad name
Take a chance life's too short
Dont do that you'll get caught
Wear bright clothes be an enigma
You'll be the one to carry the stigma
Dance around like nobody's there
Do it too much they'll put you in care
Eat decent food cut out the fat
Make a fuss at a cafe look a twat
Read more books grow your head
Scare yourself shitless with what you just read
Don't leave your bag unattended
Give anonymously its recommended
Be polite don't be a twat
Get walked over like a doormat
Give to charity over the phone
Cant afford the lights on when you get home
Share your lunch with a stranger
Sandwich with a physco wheres the danger
Life is full of give and take
We are made by the mistakes that we make
This and that and push and pull
Cup half empty Cup half full
