Paper and Glue' is the third solo single from former Delgados front woman Emma Pollock's debut solo album, 'Watch the Fireworks'. 'Paper and Glue' is the standout track on the album. It was written after she had bought a new house. Her husband and her had moved into it, but hadn't got around to decorating it yet, so she wrote this song instead. The B side,'I Have A Double', is a new song and appear on both the CDS and 7 inch version in which 'Paper and Glue' comes. It is about another woman's choice of lifestyle, and, full of Emma's charm, is totally lush and absolutely gorgeous.
