Slam - Astrolabe

Label: Soma Records
Format: 12"
Fine new single from much acclaimed Glasgow-based techno outfit, Slam

Review

Glasgow's techno maestros Slam return with a more than passable A-Side, 'Astrolabe' where their Giorgio Moroder sound goes under hypnosis. The excellent, quirky but very deep B-Side, '3.8', is my favourite though. The loop effect slowly gets warped, as if the tape is warbled but this confusion leads to a great climax.

Track Listing:-

1 Astrolabe
2 3.8
