Article
The Sundowners are a five-piece indie pop/folk outfit from the Wirral on Merseyside
The five-piece group, which is fronted by vocalists and rhythm guitarists Niamh Rowe and Fiona Skelly, also consists of Fiona's brother Alfie on guitar, Tim Cunningham on bass and Jim Sharrock on drums.
They have supported Ren Harvieu on a UK tour, and, including Paul Weller amongst their fans, won much acclaim for their performance at The BBC Introducing Stage at Glastonbury Festival.
These photographs of the Sundowners were taken by Marie Hazelwood at a support gig to the Courteneers on the June 25th at the O2 Academy in Liverpool.
