Tigerstyle ft. Rani Randeep - Kudi

Label: Soldier Sound Records
Format: 12"
Addictive combination of Bhangra and synth pop on new single from Glasgow duo, Tigerstyle

Review

In 2003, Tigerstyle did a session for John Peel; I reckon it was his assistant Hermeet Chadha who liked brothers Raj and Pops and introduced Peel to the music of Tigerstyle. Bhangra combined with breakbeat house beats makes such a merry couple. Kudi means 'girl' but my command of Panjabi leaves me there. Punjabi singer Rani Randeep guests on Tigerstyle's forthcoming 'Digi-Bhang' album. 'Kudi' features an extremely addictive little synth riff and then rolls into an irresistible dance anthem for the summer.

Track Listing:-

1 Kudi
2 Kudi (Instrumental)
3 Kudi (Shizzio & Big Narstie Remix)
4 Kudi (G-TA Remix)
5 Kudi (Nucleya Remix)
