DJ) Flore (Morfin)'s first release for the grand Botchit & Scarper label is loaded with gritty wonk (that's wobbly funk for you) on 'Rewind' which features BBC 1Xtra's Rodney P, who has returned after an absence of a few years. The upfront B-side, 'The Test', is a slamming stonker of a punky belter with a sublime beat. Shunda K from Yo! Majesty raps over a cleverly addictive mix of tribal, hiphop, a splash of ye ole' acid house and jumpy breakbeats. If you don't hear 'The Test' at your club, you better move to a venue with taste in music.
