‘Diamond Hoo Ha Man’ is a heavy blues number. When I heard it on television for the first time, I thought it was the White Stripes, but when Gaz Coombes’ vocals clear up a little it becomes easily noticeable as a Supergrass song. Despite having a muddy 70’s prog rock sound, it is a very rocking number. Think big flares and big hair. Likeable and a lot more enjoyable than their last Beatles influenced work
