Dub-friendly new single from former Beta Band star Steve Mason's previous side project and now new main act King Biscuit Time
Review
The follow-up to King Biscuit Time's 'No Style' EP for Regal/EMI from 2000 has been in the can for ages. After Steve Mason's (and The Beta Band's) departure from EMI, it's the No Style label which through Alan McGee's Poptones label showcases Mason's moniker as King Biscuit Time for a second time in history . An album is also due soon
'Walk The Earth' was the highlight off that previous EP and 'CI AM 15' features a dubbier and heavier version of that stepping upfront anthem. Mason's is again re-assuring the merit found in the cut costs of finding one's destiny.
With the aid of old-time ragga jungle MC Topcat - him of 'Push Up Your Lighter'-King Biscuit Time has a damn excellent ditty on his hands. King Biscuit Time, please rise up to the occasion.
