Review

'One Nerve/Come Down' is the new download only single from Clayhill, the current project of former Sunhouse singer Gavin Clark, and guitarist Ted Barnes and double bassist Ali Friend who both used to play with Beth Orton. 'One Nerve' has a jazz groove and deep double bass sound with drums played with brushes, while the vocals shows that Gavin Clark has come along way since the start of Clayhill in late 2001. C 'Come Down' is a moody little number and features some strong cello. Lyrically it has a 70s funk element to it, but it sounds as fresh as next year.

Track Listing:-

1 One Nerve
2 Come Down
