Our writer Anthony Strutt, who is ill with cancer, is trying to raise £5,000 for charity

Our writer Anthony Strutt is terminally ill with cancer. London-born and now Leicester-based Anthony, who is 53, was diagnosed with T4 prostate cancer in October last year three months after getting married. The cancer has spread across to his kidneys, pelvis and over ninety percent of his prostrate. Anthony is one of our longest-serving writers at Pennyblackmusic. He first began writing for us in 2000 and has contributed during the last fifteen years over 1,500 articles to our site. He is a close friend to several of us as well as a colleague. While his health is relatively stable at the moment, the long-term prognosis is unfortunately not good.
