Albert Hammond Jr. is the rhythm guitarist in New York rock band the Strokes, with whom he has recorded five albums, 'Is This It?' (2001), 'Room on Fire' (2003), 'First Impressions of Earth' (2006), 'Angles' (2011) and 'Comedown Machine' (2013).
In parallel with his work in the Strokes, Hammond (who is the son of bestselling songwriter and musician Albert Hammond) has run a critically acclaimed solo career and released an additional four albums, 'Yours to Keep' (2006), '¿Cómo Te Llama?' (2008), 'Momentary' (2015) and this year's 'Francis Trouble'.
These photographs of Hammond Jr. were taken by Marie Hazelwood at a gig in support of Franz Ferdinand on a tour to promote 'Francis Trouble' at the Albert Hall in Manchester on the 13th February.
