'Rockstars Cars' http://www.rockstarscars.co.uk is an archive, soon-to-be book and documentary about Rockstars and their cars, that also undertakes projects with real cars! 'Rockstars Cars' have completed 40+ interviews solely on the subject of Rockstars and their cars. Their photo archive now stands at over 16,000 and is growing daily. Many of the images are from the artists' private collections, including old cine film of their cars from beginning of their careers. Interviews so far include Andy Fraser, Suzi Quatro, Tony Iommi, Marky Ramone, Ginger Baker, Nick Mason, Andy Fairweather Low, Terry Reid, Donovan, Rick Buckler, Alan Whitehead, Chas Hodges, Frank Allen, John Coghlan from Status Quo, as well as Don Powell and Dave Hill from Slade to name a few. "We are seeking information and images from fans, record companies, management companies, car clubs, past and present owners and of course the celebrities themselves," explains its editor Keiron Maughan. "Whether you have an old Polaroid photo of the back of John Bonham’s AC Cobra, a rare snap of Ginger Baker's Jensen or a story about Keith Moon running over your foot in a Ferrari Dino, Rockstars Cars would like to hear from you."
