Trying too hard, Nedr comes across as the average cat in heat. The dubby muzak comes as no great help either and this one definitely is for the lazy hours. It's about an hour of foreplay dub, so when you've got the time, feel free to embark. The first bright moment is the latter part of 'Post Six'. Before, the crooning does not synchronize with the beats. Towards the end of 'Havana Nights', it shows how well the vocals and the dance beats can melt together. 'In A Dim Light' is cool for cats. Nocturnal entertainment with little fantasy and imagination.
