Review

This is storming extravaganza from the Monkey Logic trio who face difficulty spelling the name to their apish brand of breakbeats. The blistering no nonsense 'Bass Effex' goes to their advantage and is one-dimensional mayhem which will end up against a pillar along of the M8, if not somewhere else less appealing. The Mike Method mix cannot change much of its would-be trance character and provides a pretty dismal take on Dutch rave music. The Eastmann remix adds new blood to the worn out beats yet even this mix soon grows tired of the simplicity of the 'Bass Effex'. It keeps busy with a number of rewinds. Humpty Dumpty would know how to dance to this. He might even invite Bob The Builder to join in dancing to the Hedflux remix, yet I'm afraid these beats are neither funky or funny.
