Ghostlight - Morning Lights/Fingertips

Label: Spirit Ditch Records
Format: CDS
Epic and commercial Snow Patrol-style rock from Cambridge-formed band, Ghostlight

Review

'Morning Lights/Fingertips' ia the new double A sided single from Cambridge-formed band, Ghostlight. 'Morning Lights' has a massive morning radio FM sound. It is an epic Snow Patrol-style style ballad that will appeal to millions or no one, because this sort of thing has been done countless times before. 'Fingerprints' has a more chunky sound and is more in the line of Editors. but it still edges towards daytime FM radio. B side 'Mathematics' is slower in pace and has a whining sound that can only get on my nerves in only a way that Radiohead do.

Track Listing:-

1 Morning Lights
2 Fingerprints
3 Mathematics
