Dolby Anol - Heather, I'M Dry

Label: Tigerbass
Format: 12"
Euphoric early acid house-influenced techno from quirky Scottish artist, Dobly Anol

Review

Quirky, funky breakbeats from Scotland, destined to drive you completely silly, comes on a delicious platter from Tigerbass Records; as if this could be of any suprise. The Fancy Fair Music Police let this Dolby Anol chap and his 'Heather, I'm Dry' EP pass through even though the EP contains highly intoxicating levels of jump up, feel good and overall euphoria; least not of all from a Scotsman, who has signed a deal with a label in Berlin run by an American. Just like Franz Ferdinand rehash hooks from the new wave punk era, Dolby Anol has taken elements of early acid house and added some dub beats. You'll treasure when listening to the radio as you drive down the A1, or up the M1, or when you're at Ibiza, Cyprus on a train or wherever. The AC Slater mix for 'Heather, I'm Dry' in particular is set to cause a storm.
