Boy Least Likely To - Little Donkey

Label: Rough Trade
Format: CDS
Twee one track single from the Boy Most Likely To played on toy instruments and given away free at Christmas time in Rough Trade shops

Review

'Little Donkey' is a one track CD single which was released on Christmas Eve and came free from Rough Trade shops. It is very twee indeed, and vocalist Jof sounds on it like Frank Spencer singing to his child. It was played like a lot of the Boy Least Lkely To's songs on toy instruments, but also features a real guitar, banjo and tambourine and, lasting a mere one minute 50 seconds, captures the true spirit of Christmas without trying too hard.
